Redwood Heights News

The Redwood Heights Improvement Association is in the process of electing a new president. Thank you to Ed Rovera for his hard work as he leaves this office. Ed will continue to participate with the board and is currently working on our neighborhood Web page. The most exciting news this month is that Redwood Heights Elementary School has moved into its renovated building. A big celebration is being planned for later this spring. There is still work to be done on landscaping and some final touches inside. The school will be celebrating Founders' Day on March 19. If you would like to attend and do not receive an invitation in February, please contact Ginger Reding at 482-1332. The first school event in the new building will be the Multicultural Fair on March 6, 10 a.m., to 3 p.m. Activities, displays, and homemade food from the rich diversity of the school population will make it a wonderful event.
