What Our Schools Need

By Anthony Bell

I think that schools need more supplies and more teachers for substitutes.

What do you think they need?

Every time someone is absent, the schools lose money, even if they bring a note the next day they still might lose money if it is an unexcused absence. That's why it is important to go to school.

A Student's Opinion on What Our Schools Need

By Temitope Osikomaiya

What do our schools need? Well I think that things really need to improve. We need to get smaller classes with bigger classrooms. The schools need more money and more materials, modern materials. The schools need money to fix the buildings. I believe that the environment that the children are in enhances the child's point of view. And I, being a child, believe every word of that. What do you think?

The school districts need a good talking to, I have decided, a talking to that will give the schools money, and materials, and better buildings, smaller classes, and bigger classrooms.

I believe that we can and probably will do this. Let's just hope it's soon. As a child myself, I hope that other children will get a better school too. Education is important, especially at my age, (which is going to middle school), because as they say, this stage builds up potential and skills. To me, school is great, particularly having great teachers.

Fix Our Schools

By Emmanual Gomez

Our school needs a new playground and money from the mayor so we could fix it, and we need the kids to behave well, so that nobody writes on the walls and the school is clean.
