We have the most dependable, honest, hardworking mailman in the 94619-1355 area. His name is Roland Ewing. He delivers the mail on time (not at 5 in the evening). He puts the mail in our mailboxes (not on the balcony, stairs or hanging out of the mailboxes). He's always courteous and professional when we ask questions, and he is always willing to help in any way he can. He respects everyone, and everyone respects him. He always has a smiling face for his customers. He should teach other carriers the value of good customer service skills.
