Orchids to David Ward, security guard at the Fruitvale Bank of America branch, for rescuing little McKayla who got lost while visiting the library with her mother. Orchids to Karen, librarian at Dimond branch Public Library, for her assistance in finding McKayla. Orchids to Officer Perez, Oakland Police Department, for his assistance in finding McKayla. Orchids to several readers who told the Metro about the return of McKayla and for caring about a little girl.
