Earth Day Events in Redwood HeightsEarth Day is fast approaching and lots of neighborhood volunteers will be needed. Circle Saturday, April 19, on your calendar and make plans to participate in a morning of satisfying community service. Last year in Redwood Heights over 100 volunteers came out to work at four projects: Peralta Creek Park at Rettig Ave and Wisconsin St., Avenue Terrace Park on Jordan Rd., McCrea Park on Carson St., and the Recreation Center and School.
